JLL Romania will provide technical consulting services for the construction of Groupe Renault's future headquarters in Romania, the largest office building currently under construction in Bucharest.
Globalworth, in partnership with Elgal Group, has recently appointed JLL Romania as project manager for Groupe Renault's future headquarters, which will have a leasable area of 47.000 sqm. JLL will provide cost management, project management services, health & safety monitoring, site inspection and technical sales support services.
The headquarters of Renault Bucharest Connected will be located at Preciziei Street no. 3G, close to the means of transport (underground, bus) and is classified as Class A, respecting all the quality standards of this type of construction. Moreover, it will have a showroom for Groupe Renault vehicles, 1,000 parking spaces, medical cabinet, restaurant, IT infrastructure etc. The office building construction started recently and the delivery is scheduled for Q1 2019.

JLL's Project and Development Services Department has a diverse portfolio of industrial projects, office buildings and fit-out office space of more than 100,000 square meters with cumulative value over Euro 150 million for customers such as Dell, Toro, Delphi, Allianz, Microchip, Microsoft etc.
