Arghezi 4 is an office building whose design aims a modern interpretation of a classical architectural style. The construction covers 7 levels above ground, with approx. 7,000 sqm total lettable A-class office spaces. The 5th and the 6th floors are set-back floors, facilitating the set-up of genuine hanging gardens. All floors of the building have outdoor terraces.
