River Development announces that Spotawheel Romania opens their offices in Sema Parc – Paris office building. One of Europe’s most technologically advanced and fastest-growing used car platforms signed the lease for over 800 sq m office space and an additional 11,000 sq m showroom outdoor space. The transaction was mediated by JLL Romania,a consultancy company specialising in property services and investment management.
Spotawheel will benefit from Sema Parc ”Paris” office buildings with modern spaces built according to the latest technologies and green certifications, which focus on the flexibility, enviornment and sustainability. ”Paris” office building is one of the office buildings in Sema Parc Breeam Excellent certified in use.
