Luxoft, the custom software development and IT solutions based in Switzerland and over 1.000 employess in Romania , has recently expanded its leased area with a new floor in Novo Park, becoming one of the largest tenants in the building since 2007, together with HP, Garanti Bank and UniCredit. Other tenants include Mondel Romania (formerly Kraft Foods), Ringier, Sodexo, Infenion Rechnologies and Yokagava.
The business center developed by Genesis Development in Bucharest’s northern area has 75,000 sqm GLA and is currently 99% leased.
