Cluj Business Campus provides diverse and complementing functionalities and pioneered the “1 minute city” concept on the Romanian office market. Their vision is based on inspiring cooperation and close interaction within its community.

“We are excited about partnering with HTEC Group and the opportunity to provide office space and workplace experiences for a company of such prestige.

The CBC concept was designed for companies with a strong focus on employee well-being and community and we believe this partnership is a great match.  As the CBC community grows, joined by exceptional brands in the knowledge industry, we are inspired to keep at our mission of transforming the office into the healthy, connected, and fun experience it is supposed to be”, declared Vlad Buzoianu, CEO of Cluj Business Campus.

“The new entry of HTEC Group on the Romanian market was imminent as the company is widely expanding in the region. Cluj-Napoca was a natural starting point for their journey in Romania and Cluj Business Campus is an option that matched their specific real estate needs. The campus offers the amenities, facilities and the community experience much needed to an office occupier in the IT industry.

The office market in Cluj has not been as affected by the COVID pandemic compared to Bucharest where companies tried to sublease spaces they considered unnecessary or to surrender office spaces earlier then their lease term was due, as the pipeline of new projects is very limited and the vacancy still considerably low”, said Alexandru Orzea, Consultant Tenant Representation at JLL Romania.
