Building description

CAMPUS 6 is an urban complex of 4 office buildings, organized around an open space. Campus is original from the American academic tradition, in which college buildings are placed in a way that involves the existence of an open space which, alongside with the architecture, gives the whole complex its own identity and personality. This space is used both by students and ordinary people, creating thus a hub.
Campus 6 combines advantages of urban placement (public transport, proximity to commercial facilities and cultural events) with the facilities of a green space (proximity to nature, no traffic, silence).     Campus 6 is the new office complex developed by Skanska in Romania in the Central-West area of Bucharest, in the proximity of University Politehnica. Located at the intersection of two main boulevards, Iuliu Maniu and Vasile Milea, Skanska`s new project benefits from excellent visibility and exposure, having great access to public transportation (metro station just across the street and trams, buses, trolleys within 50 m distance). Proximity to the Basarab fly-over ensures easy connection to North & Center districts.
